30-day returns and refunds on Fitly Parts orders.

12-month warranty

Every part we sell is covered by a 12-month warranty from the delivery date. If a part fails under normal use within that period, we replace it or refund you.

To use the warranty, sign in, open your order page and submit a warranty claim describing the issue. Claims are reviewed by our team and resolved with a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

30-day returns

You may return unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact support@fitlyparts.com within 14 days with photos; we cover the replacement and any return shipping.
